Actually there used to be another major Chaos power. He was mostly seen in fantasy, but that is not to say he had no 40k worshipers.

Any one that followed him in the current fluff would be considered undivided. He was not a major power like the other 4, but was an entity within the warp. I don't recall what it was that created him and what he fed off. The other 4 have some aspect of humanity that gives them power and the ability to manifest a zone within the warp.
