Painting space wolfs
Hello i am working on a space wolfs army now and i am trying to figure out how i want to paint it. So far i have came up with a darkish blue grey that somewhat resembles shadow grey but with more blue in it. Unfortunatly i did not write down the mixtures or paintes i used for the mixture and cannot recreate it by any means at the moment. So does anyone have any suggestions on how to recreate the greyish blue to paint my space wolfs with? I will post a picture of the model i have completed. Thankyou

Re: Painting space wolfs
Mix's are always a tricky thing. I just remembered what mix a color was after 3 years. But a simple way to avoid this problem is to straight paint as much as possible. I've never painted a space wolf army but the back of the How to Paint Citadel Miniatures lists the Base, Midtone, and Highlight for many of the space marine chapters. They list space wolf as Fenris Grey, Shadow Grey, and Space Wolf Grey though if time is a factor I would just go shadow grey then space wolf grey.
