well you can do alot of things like take bolters enlong them somehow but then use the dragon heads form the chaos tanks

maybe as a base for the gun use a tau gun. add some green stuff demon faces and lots of wires and stuff connecting to the body. thats what i would do.

for you could try to convert one of the weapons then make a resin cast and then jsut make copies.

Well of course, he can borrow the mold set I have at home and even the other necessary tools and machines that I got on loan from GW JUST in case of a situation like this
