Space wolf question

Sooooo i was told wolves are the only chapter that may deploy terminators via drop pod. But after looking thru Blood Angels codex i think any chapter can as it says they count as double and that they cannot embark on Rhinos and Razor backs. and since a drop pod can carry ten models( and does nto say theat they cannot wear terminator armor) it would carry 5 termies no matter what army.

Nope. A drop pod is a dedicated transport & the Blood Angel Codex lists the Land Raider as the the only available dedicated transport option for Terminators.

The only way someone can use a dedicated transport vehicle that is not listed for them is by embarking after it has deployed & the game has started. Which is moot for Drop pods.
