Know i know that in turnoments you can not feild like forge world resin vehicals.....now my question is does that effect basic infanty, for example if i had an army of Death Korps of Krieg and they were assembled like a normal imperial gaurd army like what i play, would they be allowed to be used in a GW turnoment?

In tournaments you may use DOK as Ig infantry as long as they are assembled and armed as normal IG. You can use the resin tanks if they are in your codex ..ie the Hydra.
