Games Day July 31st 2011

Was wondering if we are planning another club trip down to gamesday this year and if so Who is interested? We dont have Toms van this year so we need to figure out plans and everything. Plus would be good to set up rooms soon before prices go up closer to the event.

The Club will not be hosting an event this year. (Too many conflicts for too many people)

Count me in, i would not miss a couple hours of sitting in a car with other fellow nerds laughing, plus it was fun and its Chicago.....so what we need is sunglasses, cigerates, a couple of tuxedos and a blues alnem....my spelling sucks but i will state this before we leave the day we go....BOOYA!!!!!

I did some checking and there is a hotel right across from the convention center. Guy said a 2 min walk. Comes with cooked to order breakfast and indoor pool and a Pull Out Couch! So no sleeping on the floor for people like last year. All for the same price we paid for Baltimore. Would work out to be $75 per person for 2 nights if we did 4 people per a room again. Then we just need to figure out a ride.

Not sleeping on the floor might be a good idea! Thought there is that moment were i was steped on and did not know it lol

Looks like 3 maybe 4 people interested. I will be putting the deposit down for 1 room for 2 nights this week I think. I would like to get peoples money asap if you are going to games day.
