Wondering what happened to your Tervigon or Thunderwolves models?

GW is suing Chapterhouse over copyright infringement.
However, Chapterhouse is using a US law that roughly states that ideas or concepts can't be copy-written.
Therefore when Chapterhouse produced models for GW codexes before GW did they may have gained the copyright on models bearing the names given by GW.
